Mode of Appointment Cancellation:
You can cancel the appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made before this time will be subject to a full refund or rescheduling.
We can cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time. However, no refund will be given. It will not apply to us.
Rescheduling Appointment:
You can apply to reschedule an appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.
Discussion about no-show policy:
In particular, if you miss an appointment without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show by us. We do not have any refund or rescheduling alternative method for no-shows in this case.
